We start from the bottom up, removing existing roof material and replacing rotted roof decking.2. Over the high-quality plywood decking we install a drip edge to redirect water to your gutters.3. Above the drip edge we add an ice and water shield to protect the roof from ice and water damage.4. Next we add a synthetic underlayment which adds an extra layer of protection over the roof decking.5. We then add a layer of starter shingles to create a watertight seal at the edge of your roof.6. We ensure proper ventilation to allow for continuous airflow year-round which helps reduce moisture and heat buildup.7. Finally we add a quality shingle with proper roof ventilation to protect the roof decking and limit weather damage.
